Garnier BB Cream Review

BB creams or tinted moisturizers are quite a rage this season as they are work two in one
(moisturizer as well as foundation/compact).Initially BB(blemish balm) creams were used
by south east Asian women which later on became very popular in other countries also
including India.Am not sure if Garnier was the first brand to launch BB cream in India or
it was Maybelline but whoever it was my sincere thanks to them as I really like this
amazing invention. Garnier BB cream caught everyone's attention because of its brand
ambassador Deepika Padukone and also its introductory price which was lowest
compared to other brands.So here's my review on it!!

• Lines & imperfections reduced
• Even skin tone
• 8H moisturization

My Take on Garnier BB Cream: I quite like this BB cream or call it a tinted moisturizer.
Lets look at the claims it fulfils-it does give skin a fairer or a lighter tone,gives a fresh
healthy glow,now on this part which says lines and imperfections reduced;well it does
cover your blemishes and scars to an extent but only the ones which are not very dark,
deep or are freshly developed,yes it does even out your skin tone by blending perfectly,
it also fulfils its 8 hour moisturization claim.

What I find lacking is range of shades for different skin tones,because this pack would
suit best on fair and wheatish skin tones but it would disappoint darker skin toned
beauties!!Another thing which caught my fancy was that it doesn't make my face shiny
or greasy and you just need little quantity to cover any imperfections,however having
said that i want to add that it is not meant for very oily and pimple prone skin though
it has a very light texture yet people with much oily skin may find it greasy.So far I
did not try any other BB cream available in the market but would like explore others
to satisfy my quest for HG  BB cream in the market. :))

What I liked: 

• Makes skin tone lighter and brighter
• Gives a fresh and healthy glow on skin
• Does cover up little imperfections on skin
• Provides 8 hour moisturization
• Has SPF 24 and UVA/UVB protection
• Easy availability
• Very handy and sturdy tube
• Reasonably prices when compared with other brands in this segment
• No breakouts (may not suit very oily skin)

What I disliked:

• Shade not appropriate for dark skin tone
• less quantity according to the price

Recommendation: Certainly if you are BB cream & Garnier Naturals fan and if you like to experiment, also if you are not satisfied with your existing BB cream and are still in search for your HG BB cream maybe it can meet up to your expectations.And last but not the least if you are are fair or wheatish skin toned!!Go and grab out this one!!
